• You answer a survey, including but not limited to questionnaires or marketing surveys or reply to communication from MONAMI GROUP Ltd, or
• It is otherwise necessary to manage the relationship between You and MONAMI GROUP Ltd.

4. What personal data does MONAMI GROUP Ltd collect?

5. How long is the data kept?

MONAMI GROUP Ltd will keep personal information regarding You only as long as it is necessary, having regard to the purpose of the processing. This means that personal information collected and processed for marketing purposes will be stored for twelve (12) months after Your last contact with us, unless You have given MONAMI GROUP Ltd Your voluntary consent to continue to process such data. Personal information collected through contact forms or inquiries will be retained for as long as necessary to respond to Your inquiry and for a reasonable period thereafter to maintain our business records. 7.2 Some of the personal information which MONAMI GROUP Ltd processes are processed based on a balance of interest, i.e. MONAMI GROUP Ltd's interest of processing the data outweighs the impact and risk the processing may have on Your integrity.

9. Who does MONAMI GROUP Ltd give the data to?

9.1 MONAMI GROUP Ltd does not provide your personal data to any third parties unless:

10. Changes to the Privacy Policy
